Alfa 156 V6 ABS/VDC failure-STRANGE..
I need help with a problem that I just seem unable to solve. The car is a 2002 156 2.5 V6, Euro 3 with facelift interior. On a cold startup (first start for the day) there is no warning lights present, and all is normal, but after a short while of driving, when the engine reaches temperature, the dreaded "ABS/VDC failure, visit dealer" warning appears, followed by the ABS/VDC lights remaining lit, as well as the VDC light on centre console. This will remain on until the engine is completely cold, no matter how many times I restart the car, or do an ECU reset. I have a VAG KKL cable, modified to read airbags, ABS etc. and MULTIECUSCAN. There is only one error code every time, C1210-right rear wheel speed sensor. I have replaced this sensor, but the fault just re appears as usual as soon as the engine is warm. I have reset the code, but it immediately returns..
I am so tired of this problem. If anyone can help me with this problem, please chime in, it would be greatly appreciated.
