Good dealership customer service
I thought I should give a positive experience I had yesterday because Alfa dealers get thumped a fair bit. I had my 147 receive it's first 3000kms "run in" oil replacement in Dec 06 and except for oil marks on the bonnet when I was handed the keys I had no issue. Well yesterday the oil had dropped to the point (4mm below top mark on dipstick) where I should top it. I rang the dealer Italian Motor Company (IMC) and asked what oil they use so I could buy equivalent oil...they actually use Castrol Edge Sport 10W-60 full synthetic. Anyway he said if you drive it round they will do it and charge AU$19 per litre or part there of. I did take it there, they filled it, wiped the bonnet clean of fingermarks and didn't charge me! That's good customer service, thanks IMC especially Andrew, much appreciated
