I've only toyed briefly with the problem you describe. I did try to fasten my front dampers recently, which reduced the pitch and stabilized the car a lot during hard braking. I also got a bit less roll, but the damper rate was definitely out of bounds, so I did get a lot more understeer.
Manipulating the Bias could be done via Pads? Less agressive front or rear as you need. Did you try to get a sense for how hot your Front/Rear brakes gets after a good thrashing? This might give a clue to the current Bias. It might be the built in systems finds ways to compensate for overly agressive pads in one end, not sure of this. I do know that both Chris155 and myself have some brake bias issues, probably because we kept the stock 2.5 master cylinder with GTA brakes.
