what are the lambda readings for post cat

What are the lambda readings for post cat on alfadiag that I can use to assess my lambda? Is there a graph I should follow? Also what does switching mean , on other threads I read it switches fast or too slow how do I assess that?

after the cat there's no switching. you must read a rich mixture at all times except when coasting.
