147 2006 Ti front bush type

I got an advisory for worn front lower arm bushes and was thinking of swapping to polyurethane.

strongflex look pretty good value, but there seems to be two types.

I think I have the silver, one as the black was discontinued around 2004. Can anyone confirm this?

Lower arms have two different brackets .. rear one is an alloy block and the front-one is pressed steel one like the black one in the picture ...

Not also that these only fit OEM lower arms ... after market ones don't always have same sized pins.

And removing the arm invariably wrecks the ball-joint ... and that isn't replaceable, except with a new arm.

You are probably better off just fitted good quality new arms with the standard bushes .. ride will be harsh with poly ....
