it's dark metallic green, and i haven't seen another 147 in this colour, in fact, i've only seen a 2002 156 in it. i know green isn't popular now [the car was so cheap, i really don't care, and it's grown on me now], but it seems odd not to see another. the car is 2004, registered very beginning of 2005, i have a 2004 colour/trim brochure & there's no mention of green. is it an older colour? a late registered car perhaps? the thing with that theory is when i've taken bits of it to pieces, namely the interior, the date of manufacture is moulded into many bits, like the steering wheel cowl, or parts of the door card/trim, this indicates it WAS built in 2004. did they have a big can of green paint they didn't want to chuck out so decided to paint a few cars in it rather than binning it?? it's not had a colour change, or if it has, it was a bare shell job - if it was a 60 year old E type jag possibly, but pretty unlikely. any thoughts?
oh, and while i'm at it, is it 'normal' for a CD to skip when you go over bumps? mine does a bit, i forgive it because it's Italian with super stiff suspension, but not completely as the unit is a Blaupunkt.
