mobil ATF 320 instead of tetula selespeed oil

Can't get my hands on selespeed oil in Egypt so I use mobil ATF320. Car doesn't go into neutral easily when cold and drops a few gears until it warms up. Could the oil be the reason. Also my car feels really heavy to start moving when compared to my dad's 1995 Lancia dedra 1.6 manual. I usually change gear at around 4rpm when it warms up and I have a heavy foot on the gas. Steering wheel is sometimes lighter than others if that has anything to do with it (belts)
