Hi guys just a quickie ! My n/s ( passenger ) main beam appears to be high or too bright , I have tried changing the bulbs but it is still blinding other drivers ! Am I missing something obvious ?

Hi, make sure the locating tag is correctly housed when fitting the bulb, if it is in any other position the beam will distort, from memory i believe the tag should be at the top of the housing, certain there are some threads with photos of this on the forum.

Regards asb

As AlfaSpiderBoy says, make sure the bulb is in the right way round. If it is, the beam can be adjusted using an allen key (7 or 8mm I think) on the adjuster on top of the headlight unit.

Also make sure the headlight level corrector motor in the light itself, isn't fubared. A known problem, they can get a mind of their own, do a search....
