156 suspension questions

Hi Peeps,
I thought i would use my old thread on bolts and edit it for another related question!
it passed its MOT on saturday! yippee with only two minor faults, on was that the front RH shock is completely dead, and the other was the LH upper arm has some play in it, As i was going to fit my coilovers anyways i'm going to change the upper aswell. and here lies the question, should i just change the uppers or go the whole shabang and get a complete new upper, lower and droplink set?

I was also thinking about polybushing the uppers aswell, any thoughts?

this is the set i was thinking of getting:

and these are the bushes (which i assume would be for both LH and RH uppers, correct?)

What about the rear? at a later stage i would like to get Eibach ARBs and maybe polybush the whole rear end, is it worth all the hassle?

anyhelp would be much apreciated!

good luck finding the bolts any where other than a main dealer,
i have two very good suppliers and neither of them could get them to the correct specification.

DO NOT use stainless on suspension parts, its not strong enough compared to the 10.9 or 12.9 grade bolts that are orgianlly supplied

Alfaworkshop list most (if not all) of them along with the part numbers, you can then search the interweb for local suppliers.

Good luck
