replacing panels on 156

Hi Guys

Does anyone have a link to any pdf's, video's or pictorials for how to change a bumper and front off side wing on an Alfa 156?

I'm sure you'll have found plenty of info on removing the bumper - dozens of posts about it. The wing is pretty logical - lots of small torx bolts, and the only real issue is the fixings on the bottom rear of the wing where it fastens at the sill - its also REALLY tightly bonded on around this area - requires much cutting / scraping / levering to break the mastic seal.....
