-30mm springs for a 2.4 jtd ??

as there seems to be way too much room in my arches


i have a friend thats a mechanic and will charge me beer money for fitting them, has anyone tried these on their car or can you point me in a direction for other brands.

Would really consider doing springs AND shocks. The weak point of the suspension is really the shock and I would wonder if the standard shocks (especially with a few thousand miles of wear) would be up to the job with the lowered springs. Something like the Koni sportpack or the eibach pro kit is good. expect to pay £400-500 for them though, a lot dearer than springs only.
