GT Broken Mirror

I came out this morning to find that my drivers side mirror was only partially attached. I don't know if somebody knocked it or if it just wanted to be free but the metal part inside the mirror has broken.

The plastic housing, electrics and the actual mirror are all fine. Is there any way I can fix this without buying a whole new mirror?

New mirror

I feel your pain. I've had two wing mirrors kicked off my GT at this stage (the joys of on street parking)!! It's a new mirror I'm afraid. They're pretty easy to fix, three torx inside the car and the electric socket. The painted panel is a b!%&h to remove though.
I got one replacement off a scrappie and another off ebay, 80 EUR with shipping if I remember correctly. You might get it a bit cheaper if you're in the UK.
