Run the engine with the cap off the reservoir and turn the steering from lock to lock a few times then top up and put the cap back on.

Best if you jack the car up both sides so you can do it without stressing the bearings / wheels and steering joints.

As they guys say - the system is self bleeding - it circulates through the reservoir. So as long as you top up the reservoir, the air should push out by itself with use.
