TUT 156 Sportwagon warning light B-94

Just back from 2 weeks away and the battery was flat. THis was charged bt Greenflag and kept the car running stationary for 25 mins as advised [decided to go and get a new battery but had left the wallet inside so needed to get the battery powered up to make sure it would start again] Went and got the wallet turned on the ignition and moved the gear lever - no reaction and the rectangular warning light with open lid came on. Manual says B-94 is fault or critical driving condition or overheated clutch. Parked the car 17 days ago as normal - no problems. Car did heat up while ticking over. Any suggestions?

Re: 156 Sportwagon warning light B-94

I take it that you have a Selespeed, because that is the Selespeed warning light.

If everything is working ok now then it is probably fine.
Warning could have been because the pump didn't run when it should have done, possible pump relay or pump itself.
Obviously make sure the Selespeed fluid is topped up to the "Max" mark.

Also note: jump starting is a very bad idea. Very easy to blow ECUs...
