alfa 156 2.5 v6

Hi, Im new to this forum , just bought my first alfa, 156 2.5 V6 2001, had it sent for checkup and since it came back it has been making a sound from around the cambelt area which comes and goes, cambelt was done 206000 and know it is 228000, what needs to be done ?
I need to also replace the inner control arms, how much do the cost and can I get it in Durban,

Welcome - your car seems to have only done 26000 since the cambelt was replaced, so its not likely due according to the mileage but if its not been replaced in the last three years you may want to consider it. This ought to include tensioners and waterpump at time of replacement.

As for where to source parts, I'm in UK so can't help you but there are a few SA folks kicking about the forum so I'm sure someone will know!

Best of luck and enjoy your new car
