Hi to All
I coverted my fuel comsuption readings to miles and am averaging 23.5 mi.I have asked about thermostat issue i think i have.My temperature readings sometimes drop very low on a long journey(below 70 degrees). On urban driving its normal at 90 degrees.
The infromation i got from this forum was, the thermostat contributes to poor fuel comsumption.According to my MPG readings of 23.5 mi, it seems fine.
Do i have a thermostat problem or not?Its cheap to buy.Cost about 34 Pounds.I am of an opinion of replacing it since it will act up at some point.

Can the examiner find faults related to power.I once went to a dealer who mentioned that my car seems not to have the punch it should have. They checked the exhaust, replaced it with a new one and nothing changed.
My exhaust produces a lot of heat.I can feel it when i get of my car (on my feet). Its stock. Its unbearable from underneath. Will a stainless steel exhaust help?
