Thumbs Up Advice: Modest brake upgrade for 156

ok, my discs are warped, pads are worn, 156 brakes are poor anyway, so whats a cost effective improvement for 156 brakes? am i ok replacing the discs with standards and getting Green Stuff discs? i know everyone here goes for ferodo's but they are too pricey for my budget especially with new discs too

any help would be great thanks!!

I just fitted both front and rear discs and sports pads made by OMP. What a upgrade . After i ran them in there was a day and night difference. I got the lot off an Ebay store for £222.

156 braking power isnt poor, it's pedal feel that's poor. that's easily fixed by steel braided hoses.

EBC green stuff pads suck. ur better off with mintex redbox if ur on a budget, or Ferodo DS2500 if u have a bit more money.
