My Alfa GT JTS is now coming up for sale
This is my 2004 Alfa GT JTS coming up for sale.
I got her a year and half ago and the first thing I did was take it to AlfaTech in Hudds and had a full cambelt kit/AUX belt/water pump and Variator changed. I told them to change every possible thing that could go as it was due.
A month later it went in for a full service and has always been run on 10w60 oil. The gearbox oil was changed at the same time.
I have receipts for everything that I have bought for the car, including petrol receipts!
It has covered about 15k miles under my ownership. It has had a new battery, drivers side window regulator and thermostat.
She runs perfectly, and averages 30mpg. 78500 miles on the clock. She recently had a full service MOT is due in May 2015, it passed with no advisories.
Reason for sale is that part of my family have moved to Qatar and they left me their Toyota Avensis and yes its dull as hell to drive, but its cheaper to run and insure and if I sell the Alfa I can buy a motorbike! (I have just done my CBT). I am not in a super rush to sell it, but I would rather sell it then PX it in against a motorbike! Each time I drive her after driving the Avensis I am reminded why I bought the GT, best car I have owned, just bare in mind its 10 years old! It's just the avensis makes more logical sense and allows me to try out this motorcycle lark!
The road tax expires end of September
I am open to genuine offers, as I would like someone with a passion for the car to own it. I have no real idea what the going rate is for the car. I cant imagine it going for loads of money, so any reasonable offer will be considered. Hey even if you have a Derbi Terra 125 or a Honda Varadero 125 bike....I'd be interested!
There is a bit of a scrape on the right side of the rear bumper but nothing bad.
Drop me a msg if you are interested I am based in the Leeds/Bradford/Halifax area, there are a lot of iffy GTs out there being sold on forecourts, this has history coming out of its arse lol
