My bad Macbeast, when I said Vaux, i was merely inferring that the same engine, only 4 cylinder.
I know enough to get me in trouble :P
number on side of housing ends in 019 on new one. Original ends in 309.
The actual sensor has two different sets of numbers all together.
Did you read my last posts?
So, to reiterate. Old sensor produced codes p0101 and p0110. No new codes from new sensor, but only revving to 3000rpm, then it goes flat. put old sensor back in and old codes pop up again after clearing them. Car runs perfect for all intents and purpose, but suffers low revs, and no boost, on occasion. not always.
Sticking turbo veins made sense to me in logic, but maybe the MAF and Air temp sensor are kaput to.
Prop best to clean the whole thing first and start again.
