Oh, if anyone is struggling to remove the crankshaft pulley to replace the timing belt then here's a tip that works well.
Once you've removed all 4 ribe bolts, drill out two opposing holes in the pulley and tap them M10. (A second tap will do, but if you have it then follow up with a plug).
Then two M10 x 60 bolts can be threaded in and bear against the crankshaft end face, drawing the pulley off.
I tried a 3 leg puller, but absolutely no way did the pulley budge. It took longer to drill and tap than it did to get the pulley off using the above method! Oh, and don't go mad when you're drilling either, you really don't want to go into the crank end face!
