Alfa GT JTD - changed head gasket - still white smoke

To make the story short:

The engine was overfilled with oil, and had a overrun (ran on its own oil).

Turbo changed, and everything cleaned up. Found oil in coolant, and suspected head gasket blown. Replaced head gasket, cambelt, injectors.

Current situation:

- engine starts easy, and runs smooth when cold.
- the engine gets quickly warm, and spills a lot of smoke (grey/white), and the fan starts running. Smells like unburnt fuel.

Any ideas to move on from here?
