If you can face the hassle of breaking it yourself, as others have said, that's the best economic solution - there are a number of specialist breakers, of course, as I'm sure you know - Autolusso, Niel as mentioned by Mark, Cloverbreakers etc, etc - but as mirlock intimated, when traders buy they look to buy cheap and sell more expensive - its how they make their living after all. When I was running my scrapyard, I always reckoned that I wasn't really selling parts, what I was selling was my time and my storage costs, staff costs etc.
As has been discussed on your other threads, although your car us doubtless very good and has been faultlessly maintained, its a 1.6 which isn't an "in-demand" variant, and of course its done mega-miles - so since you can pick up any number of 156s with half the mileage for a few hundred quid, you are going to struggle to sell yours for sensible money, unfortunately.
