Problem with coollind system

I have alfa romeo 156 2.4 jtd 10v 2001 , 1 month ago my car warm up when i push hard in highway 110-120 c, when i push normal is 90c,i change the radiator with one 1.9 jtd, its similar but more slim,now the car its cold and stay in 60c in highway,in traffic passes 90c and coolling fan not work,i change the thermostat not new but workig before,when i remove the plug from thermostat coolling fan work.when car passes 90c pipe become requires more time for warm in 90c when stands stable.what is the problem? Help please! Excuse me for my bad language

also if your fans aren't cutting in at right temperature check your fan resistors
