Waterpump question 1.9jtd

Hi folks. Quick question -I have some doubt as to whether my waterpump was done with the last cambelt change or when or if it has been changed ever. I know the car had its cambelt changed about 10 k ago. Question is should I:
A- change full belt kit and water pump
B- change just pump (is this possible)
C-change belt and pump
D- not worry

Car is a 2003 jtd 16v with 64k on the clock. Will be doing the work myself.

Grateful for any opinions and also for all the help I've already gained from the forum whilst lurking!

Change em both!
Not worth the risk, 1000+ damage vs 300 and safe for another 45k miles.
