I've recently had the dreaded ECU light come on on my 2.0 TS (CF3 engine I think - light looks like an engine)
I took it to my local independant, who deemed that the fault was with the fuel vapour purge valve.
After some issues with alfa not being able to provide a replacement, my mechanic put it all back together, reset the ECU, which then gave a MAF code. Even though the car was running perfect (except for running a bit cool due to an iffy thermostat)
Anyway, cutting to the chase, since the MAF was replaced, the car now drives like the MAF needs to be replaced.
I've been wondering, has he fitted the correct MAF.
Does anyone know the bosch part number for a CF3 2.0 TS MAF??
What would happen if a CF2 MAF was installed on a CF3 engine??
Any help much appreciated
