slipping aux belt??

Hi Guys my aux belts keep slipping, (had new ones in!) my problem is i have no idea what is causing the problem, the tensioner seems tight (atleast its bloody hard to spring back when changing belts!. Is there anything else that could be causing the slip?. Im confident it is a slip as idling no soind, was the revs go up the squeel gets louder and louder!
Is there anyway to identify the cause of this?

When you changed the belt did you change the tensioner or the idler/pulley?

Look and listen to to where the noise is coming from.
Make sure you've topped up your power steering fluid too.
