Okay.... What next?

Got trailing arms fitted yesterday. Huge difference, no more back and forth steering waggle and better on pot holes.

Still feels odd though.

Recap - got new shocks, front arb, front droplinks, new bones at front and new steering rack!

Feels boaty, with some left and right action at the rear.

1. New arb at the rear
2. New rear drop links
3. New front transverse arms.

What is the most likely cause?

Heck of a lot better, you would not believe how soft and almost putty like the rubbers were on the old trailing arms!

Re: Okay.... What next?

you need to get the tracking checked. tracking affects all the wheels not just the front. A decent kwikfit type centre should have fourwheel tracking available will be a bit more expensive that standard but shoud make a difference if adjustment is available on the back. I had this problem with a rover 420 fitted new rear bushes but the car swayed from the rear whilst driving Rear tracking adjustment cured it.....hope this helps!!

I'd say, four wheel alignment, which will check all the angles, including the tracking. That way, you will see what is out of line and what needs to be done in order to put it back into alignment.
