Bose Problem

I've just purchased a 2004 156 2.5 Q-system with bose. The car had been standing for several months with disconnected battery and therefore needed the radio code re-entered. This has been done and the headunit appears to be functioning fine. The problem is no sound is getting to the speakers. Any ideas ?

Also does anyone know how to check gearbox oil level ?

Alfa Owner for 1 day and already needing help.

Thanks, Paul

Re: Bose Problem

Morning Paul, don't take this as gospel, my understanding is that under normal conditions only auto's need gearbox oil checking/topping. As for the sound system, if none of the speakers are working, i would suggest they have been disconnected from the head unit. Hope this helps.
