Centre console removal

I've done a search but can't find what I need.

Basically, the previous owners had a Parrot phone system installed and I'm trying to remove/hide it. I've managed to remove the stereo and the cupholder surround but I can't get the actual cupholder unit out. How does it work? I saw a video and it looked like a guy slid flathead screwdrivers in the two holes at the top but I can't get anything in them.

This is how far I've got: http://i.imgur.com/b7llayf.jpg

Ohhhh... Had the same problem myself about a week ago
The cup holder unit has four strong plastic tangs - two at the top, two at the bottom - I think you will find it easier to depress the top two from inside the radio hole. They are behind the slots you've mentioned. Then once the top starts to move, the bottom might just pull out. Good luck...
