Alfa 147 Selespeed - Flashing 5 on dashboard
on my Alfa 147 2.0 Selespeed (160k km) since few weeks I'm experiencing a flashing 5 on the dashboard and cannot get to a conclusion after lot of testing.
Service done on the car is:
at 150k km
-Selespeed actuator overhaul (new o-rings, new accumulator, new wiring loom)
-Change of hydraulic oil (Cs speed)
-Full adjustment of selespeed (push rod, air bleed) and clutch calibration, electrovalves, and reset of values (EOL Calibration and )
To try to sort out the problem of flashing gear I've done:
-Checking of push rod distance (checked at 28mm)
-Replacement of all three potentiometers
-Another go with calibrations and resetting of values (Multiecuscan)
-Cleaning of connectors (including N20) and Selespeed ECU pins
-Checked oil leaks (not present)
Fault is not present with car stationary and gear selected, it only comes out when running.
No errors are stored in the ECU.
My last thought is the clutch degradation index, which is still a very high number (~17000), and I cannot reset to default value after having changed the clutch (so I guess the Ecu still thinks it has an old and worn clutch), maybe Examiner is able to do it...
Said that, car is still running fine and smooth, but cannot get over this flashing number on the dashboard.
Any help is highly appreciated!
