Hi guys, I'm new to the Alfa world and this forum having just sold my 3 series for a GT with a blown turbo. I'm trying to sort out your basic new car service stuff, aswell as get the turbo fixed.
Used a company called Midland Turbos who I've used before and are really good, but got the report today and they told me both the exhaust and air inlet vaines are damaged. This might just be carbon on the exhaust side but anyone have any other ideas on what could do this damage?
Already cleaned the egr and planning to blank it off and eventually remove the DPF, do alfas have the same swirl flap problems as bmw's? Do I need to remove these? Thanks
