Problem with 147 a/c

For a week when i was opening the a/c it was coming Out hot air.
Yesterday i went to a mechanic,he said that a hose had a hole and it lost a lot of Freon and it would cost 150 to replace it because its really hard to get access there and he had to take everything out.
I dont know a lot about a/c and i dont know if price and what he is saying he have to do is true so i am asking you.Is it a logic price and is it that hard to change hose?

The first Alfa i fall in love was my dad's Spider Duck tail when i was 3 years old.

If your a/c has a leak and it will be repaired and working for 150 then I would think it a reasonable price.
