Ive finally managed to get to the bottom of my Issue which was Identical to Alfa_Sunderlands.
After Changing MAF, EGR, Map Sensors, New Hoses Cleaned breathers with no avail!!
I went to do an oil change and as I removed the sump plug, A load of needle rollers from a bearing came out of the sump!! They looked similar size to the ones that should be in the Rockers!
So I went ahead to check the cambelt timing, Was all fine and pinned up as it should. But wasnt happy that I some the bearings in the sump so went ahead and removed the cambox to inspect the Rockers. All was in tact and fine!
. SO.. I checked to see if both camshafts was timed up correctly in the cambox!! Even though it all pinned up correctly on the cambelt, Somehow the rear camshaft wasnt in "mesh" (timing out!) by a little bit. Anyway I timed them back up. Put it all back together, Took it for a run and it was all good! Wasnt putting any faults up, and would drive all the way to the redline if I wanted it to!!!
The reason there was the bearings in the sump must be due to cambelt failure in the past, Which contacted the valves, Broke a rocker and sent the camshaft slightly out of time, and whoever did the repair didnt check the cambox timing!
SO ANYONE HAVING THE SAME SYMPTOMS, CHECK YOUR CAMBOX TIMING!! As well as the Cambelt timing! It was only a fraction out but caused all these problems!
Hope this helps people in the future.
