I'm still having problems with the abs electronics. The problem seems to be a faulty component, probably in the computer itself as the abs works when the car is cold and then fails after it warms up. The length of time before it fails is directly related to how long the engine has been switched off. From an overnight rest it will work for several miles before failure, after a stop of an hour or so it will fail after half a mile's travel.
It looks as though I'm going to have to replace the control unit as I have cleaned every connection and fuse that I can find, to no avail. It looks as though it may be possible to remove the control unit from the hydraulic block in-situ, has anybody tried this?
