Re: JTD glow plug warning light

Mine does it to, I've got an RAC warrenty when I brought the car so I'll probabaly use it to sort it out in March when it's about to go, unless something big happens and I have to use it.

Re: JTD glow plug warning light

Mines been doing it since I bought it in April, I never actually realised it was a problem! If its cold/hasn't been started for a day or two I'll turn the key half-way, wait for the glow plugs to stop flashing (30 flashes, everytime). Otherwise I just turn the key and fire it up.

Anyway, I've done 20,000 miles since then, still on original battery and it has NEVER not started, and I've got a 1.3Kw amp and sub in the boot. Its never caused me a problem and unless it does I won't be doing anything about it.
