Help overheating help!

hello I have a overheating problem with my 1.9 jtdm I noticed on Wednesday nite that my hearers were blowing cold despite having them a t 30+ degrees , and today while driving back from work temp shot to 130 and warning light came on dash about coolant , I put about 500ml of ready mixed clear coolant in and it still does it , fan kicks in immediately after 100degrees

is my thermostat broken / stuck or does it sound more like a water pump failiure?

there is no water in my oil (no mayo under oil cap or dip stick)

cheers hoolio
