Thoughts on this
Pictures are too little car, too much scenery when viewed on a mobile device.
Also, saying the AC needs a re-gas says to a buyer that the AC is broken.
If it works, get it gassed, if it doesn't work say it doesn't work. The needs gassing line line doesn't cut it when the cost of a regard is about £40.
I bought a GTV that the seller assured me just needed a regas. What it actually needed was a new evaporator and £680 in repairs.
Also, the write up suggests it has not had any servicing in over 18 months, which at 130k plus isn't going to please a buyer. On re-reading it also suggests that since the previous owner in 2011/2012, no mechanical or service work has been undertaken.
Also, the LED sidelights can be do e without the bumper off and at only £5
A set for halogens would allow that niggle to be sorted and removed from the advert .
You say you have given it a service , it would be useful to include what you have done. Some call an oil and filter change a service, but has the air, pollen and fuel filter(if needed ) been changed? What are the tyres like? That kind of thing.
Sorry to be negative, but I have put on my 'buying a car' hat.
