Wave A Productive Day....However

So I managed to get a few days off work due to unused holiday and thought I would use a day to sort out the GT, this consisted of:

Fitting of new Sidelight bulb.

Removal of tuning box to rid myself of the overboost issue i was having, which seems to have worked.

Spraying some lube on the passenger side bushes to rid myself of the mice hiding under there.

Fitting of new Bosch Wiper blades.

Investigation into the non working fog lights, which turned out to be a fuse, although a garage previously dismissed that option, go figure.

However, while rummaging around in the spare wheel compartment, I noticed that I have been having a large amount of water ingress, after some detective work as well as a sneaky look at one of the other lads GT's on camp, I noticed that my rear window seal is buggered, the seal is non existent on the top edge of the rear window and has curled upwards on the sides, my question is, is this a common issue and is this going to cost a few quid to sort out?
