All pretty straight forward and sure there are some detailed threads on here somewhere but will try my best and sure someone will add the bits I may miss.
First off disconnect the battery and leave it off for 30 mins before you touch the front seats, due to the airbags.
Then front seats, two? plugs under drivers side and one under passenger side to undo(remember the 30 mins for this), if your lucky the new seats will be same as old, mine weren't and I had to do a bit of chop and join but not a big problem.
Then 4 bolts each seat, front and back of each runner, think they where a 5mm hex but may be wrong on that, then they will lift out, they are cumbersome so stick a rug or something on the sill so you don't catch it taking them out.
Back seats, the base has bolts in the front hinge that you can see with the seats in place (x3) undo these then lift the bases out then you can get to the bolts holding the backs in that run along the bottom where they hinge forward, pretty straightforward.
Front door cards
Pull plug out behind interior door handle and undo screw, then prise out the handle cover/tweeter housing and unplug speaker (unless you have Bose).
Then remove window switches, passenger side just pops out, but drivers side has a screw lower down at the top of the door pocket.
Then you need to get the door pull plugs out, mostly this is done by sticking a screw in the middle to save the handle, then replacing the plug, but they are getting harder to come by so will leave that to you.
Then unscrew the puddle light.
Remove the housing over the back of the exterior mirror
Lastly there are 4 (I think) screws along the bottom edge of the card.
Then it is held in place with Fir Tree clips so needs to be levered off the door carefully then lifted up and the last of the wiring (puddle light) undone to allow removal.
The rear cards are all screwed on, with the seats out you will see all the screws, they also have clips securing them, so just carefully prise them off as well.
Probably missed something but hope it helps.
