JTDm 16v Injector Washers
I have decided to give the injectors on my JTDm 16v a good clean, which means changing the injector seals. The first two injectors & seals have come out ok, but it would seem that 3 & 4 have two sets of seals in there? One came out attached to the damp injectors, and the other remains steadfast in the bore. Question is, "Is it standard practice, to leave 'stuck' washers in place? Or should I get them out?" The the only way I can envisage removing them is grinding them with the injector seat cutter, until it gives up, as nothing seems to be able to shift them.
Any advice would be gratefully received. TIA
