Re: clutch noise

Hi Paulos

This sounds like a dry spigot (flywheel) or release bearing. Depending on age this can only be replaced when the clutch is changed.

Re: clutch noise

and on the manual gearbox the release bearing is part of the clutch slave cylinder.

Help clutch noise

Hi guys
A noise on my poor little 147 1.6 this morning.

When i depress the clutch pedal at standstill with engine running - i get a noise.

Not scary, just sounds like a bearing or some other noise.

Any clues?
