GT Possible window problem

Hi folks
When I first got the car I noticed that the windows would slightly adjust themselves (vertically) just as you closed the doors and I assume that this adjustment (which was probably no more than 4 or 5 mm) was to aid air pressure relief inside the car when closing the doors. Anyhow I have now noticed that the passenger side window is appearing to have to travel a good half an inch or so. It is still forming a tight seal against surrounding rubber trim but I am wondering if I have a potential problem and if so is it easy to fix?

You can do a reset. Open window all the way - hold button down for 10 seconds - close window all the way - hold button up for 10 seconds.

Because they are frameless the windows do drop a small amount when the door is opened and should close up completely when closed.

try opening and closing when standing on the outside to see if the do go back up all the way, if they do not then use the window reset proceedure that Willber gives above.
