. . . . double checked and CF3s (JTDmultijets) and CF4s (JTDms) have the same injectors.
It might be that JTDms are mapped to inject more times per cycle than m-jets, but they do it with the same injectors, the ECU would just tell them to fire more often.
There are loads of threads on this - JTDms have different turbo, intake manifold with swirl flaps in the manifold (apparently only on later versions, see below), different CR pump and slightly lower comp ratio.
Lower emissions, slightly more mpg, same power/torque . . . . but for some reason the CO2 emissions are the same for both engines on a 147, but in a GT, the JTDm has lower C02 - go figure, personally I think they just couldnt be a*sed to re-test the 147.
