Rubbing/Grinding noise on full lock when moving
Morning all. Advice please ?
When moving forward or back wards i have a scraping/grinding/rubbing noise on the nearside. This is happening with the steering turned fully to the left. The noise is through the drive train very obvious from inside the car but not very apparent from the outside (although from inside you feel like everyone must be able to hear it.
I know there could be several reasons and on full lock when maneuvering there has always be some moaning or groaning from this area, ie when full lock tuning at low speed in out of the drive parking spaces etc when the front nearside wheel is at full tilt under load.
Noise increased few weeks ago after i had new lower wishbones and front springs fitted, wondering if this disturbed or moved something)
I am asking now as in a few weeks i am fitting new front brakes( Brembo GT KIT bought on EBAY a few weeks ago, sorry if anyone was bidding also) so if i have have more work to do at least i can prepare for that , ie parts etc while im working on it.
Any suggestions most welcomed Thanks Gary
