Rear facelifted seats have different headrests.
I can't remember if they have a lap strap or a three point belt for the middle seat! There might be some differences in anchorage for the rear seats for the later but I doubt it.
In general, I can't see them changing the fixing points on the bodywork unless there was a specific feature changed as part of the faceilft. I don't think there were any changes to airbags etc for the facelift either.
Easiest way to check would be to get a dealer to confirm seat part numbers for pre and post facelift versions. Might even be someone on here who could do it! You might even be able to check if the part numbers are the same for facelift/original versions!
Alternatively, you could always go and have a look at a FL car at a dealer and compare the new seat design with yours. Operate the seats (fold down the back ones, slide the front ones etc etc). If all the fixtures and fittings seem the same then you'll probably be OK.
