Trim by the handbrake removal
The previous owner of my GT didn't look after it very well. At all.
When I changed the handbrake cables last week I saw the remains of what looked like dried up coke (of the soft drink variety as opposed to the Colombian marching powder) down by the hand brake gaiter.
This would make sense as the ASR and fuel flap release are somewhat sticky and the ASR button stay in the down position. So clumsy ar$e has obviously spilt coke all over the place.
Is there any way of removing them so I can give them a clean so that they actually work as intended?
