Lubrication for upper&lower arms?

What do I need to lubricate when I fit my new upper and lower arms tomorrow?

Ive read that I need to not overtighten the through bolt on the upper arm and lubricating the rubber joints helps but what torque value and which kind of lubricant? copperslip or silicone?

Re: Lubrication for upper&lower arms?

I used silicon, but that was because I had some left over from a powerflex change on my 75 some time ago.

I just lubricated the main bolt through the top wishbone bushes as it is here is runs in metal liners. Don't think there is any point trying lube the rubber of the bush as it doesn't move. You can't really do much else as the bushes are already fitted to the lowers.
