I got quoted $600 to replace a new bar with labor, even if my method can last 5k it only costs $10 a tube.
Is this the rear ARB (anti roll bar) we're talking about - they must be the easiest bushes on the car to change. Having said that it can be a false economy as the bar is usually rusted and will cause early failure of any replacement bushes.
How much is a replacement ARB in your part of the world? It's only held on by 4 easy to reach bolts and the 2 rear drop links. The drop links are unlikely to want to be disconnected from the ARB easily, they're (if original) only plastic and are more often than not destroyed in the process, however they're cheap enough to replace.
If you've ever turned a spanner you can do this yourself for the cost of the parts.
Loose - not close, compact, or tight in structure or arrangement
Lose - to part with or come to be without, as through theft, accident, negligence, etc.
