It is worth remembering that the wider track of the GTA & 3.2GT is just from the different offset wheels, not from different suspension components.
All 147, 156 & GT use the same front wishbones.
Obviously the mounting points could be different, but I don't think they are as the difference in track is exactly the same as the difference in wheel offset.
At the rear, the 156GTA & 3.2GT use a different rear crossmember & the front pair of transverse links are different. But they run different rear toe-out so that could account for it.
The 147GTA uses the same rear crossmember as all normal 156 & GT (normal 147 use a lower cost crossmember). It looks like early 147GTA use the same front pair of transverse links as 156GTA/3.2GT, but later use the same as normal 156/GT.
