Replacing lower bumper grills - GT

I have a pair of lower bumper grills to replace - am missing one and couldn't find a matching single on its own.

Is it a straightforward job!?
Do I need to remove the front bumper to replace them?!

Mine just came out with a bit of wiggling and pulling, as far as I know they're just clipped in.
